This document is a public offer by HOTELS LEVEL LLC (HL309 Hotel) (the "Hotel") and sets out the terms for booking and paying for hotel services through the website. By completing a booking and clicking the payment button, you (the Guest) fully and unconditionally accept the terms of this Offer.

1. Definitions

Hotel — HOTELS LEVEL LLC (HL309 Hotel), taxpayer ID (INN) 310153191, address: 3A Rakatboshi St, Yakkasaray district, Tashkent 100100, Republic of Uzbekistan. Guest — the individual making the booking. Site — hlgroup.uz. Request — a booking enquiry submitted through the Site. Offer — this document as published on the Site.

2. Subject of the offer

The Hotel provides the Guest with temporary accommodation services in a room of the selected category on the selected dates, and the Guest pays for those services on the terms of this Offer. The services included in the room rate are listed in the description of the relevant category on the Site.

3. Submitting a request

Requests are submitted through the Site: the Guest selects a room category, check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests and children, and provides a name, contact details and country of residence. Submitting a request does not constitute a confirmed booking: the Hotel checks availability and either confirms or declines the request. The status of the request and correspondence with the Hotel are available to the Guest in the personal account on the Site. An unconfirmed and unpaid request may be cancelled by the Guest at any time, free of charge.

4. Ordering and payment

Payment is made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Humo, Uzcard) through the secure payment gateway of Oktobank JSC (Octo). Card details are entered on the payment gateway's side; the Hotel neither receives nor stores card data. Payment becomes available once the Hotel has confirmed the booking; the payment button appears in the request card on the Site. The price shown on the Site when the request is submitted is final and is not subject to unilateral change. For stays of three nights or more, the Guest may pay a deposit of 30, 50, 70 or 100 % of the request total at their discretion; the balance is paid at check-in at the reception desk. For stays of one or two nights, 100 % of the total is payable.

5. Price and tourist tax

Accommodation rates are shown on the Site per room per night and include breakfast. Prices are held in Uzbek sum; display in another currency is for reference only and is calculated at the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan rate on the day of calculation, while the charge is made in sum. A tourist tax established by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan is added to the accommodation rate: UZS 1,648 per guest per night for residents of the Republic of Uzbekistan and UZS 41,200 per guest per night for foreign nationals. Children under 2 (two) years of age are exempt from the tourist tax. Residency status is stated by the Guest when submitting the request and is confirmed by an identity document at check-in. The final amount payable, including the tourist tax, is displayed before payment is confirmed.

6. Cancellation and refunds

A confirmed booking may be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 (twenty-four) hours before the check-out hour on the date of arrival. For cancellations made later than this, and in the event of a no-show, the Hotel retains 100 % of the cost of the first night; any remaining balance is refunded to the Guest. Cancellation is made using the "Cancel request" button in the request card on the Site: an unpaid request is cancelled immediately, while for a paid request a cancellation enquiry is sent and processed by the Hotel. The Guest may also contact the Hotel using the details given on the Site. Refunds are made to the same bank card used for payment, within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) banking days from the moment the Hotel confirms the cancellation. Fees charged by the issuing bank and the payment systems in processing the original payment are non-refundable.

7. Provision of services

Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 12:00 local time. The standard check-out hour is 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and incur an additional charge: arrival between 00:00 and 06:00 — 100 % of the nightly rate, between 06:00 and 14:00 — 50 %; departure between 12:00 and 18:00 — 50 % of the nightly rate, after 18:00 — 100 %. A valid identity document is required at check-in for every guest. Booking confirmation and details are sent to the contact details provided by the Guest. The scope of services corresponds to the selected room category as described on the Site.

8. Payment security

Payments are processed through the certified payment gateway of Oktobank JSC (Octo) in compliance with international payment system requirements. The connection to the Site is secured by HTTPS (SSL). The Hotel does not request, store or transmit Guests' bank card details — they are handled solely by the acquiring bank.

9. Liability and force majeure

The Parties bear liability for non-performance or improper performance of their obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance caused by circumstances of force majeure that could not be foreseen or avoided by reasonable means, including natural disasters, military action, epidemics, prohibitive acts of public authorities, and failures of power supply and communication networks.

10. Dispute resolution

The Parties shall resolve all disagreements and disputes through negotiation and the claims procedure. A claim shall be considered within 20 (twenty) calendar days of receipt. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the Tashkent Inter-District Economic Court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

11. Personal data and confidentiality

The Guest's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site and with the personal data legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

12. Final provisions

The Hotel may amend this Offer. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Site and do not apply to requests confirmed before that publication. The current version of the Offer, with its update date, is always available on the Site.
